Javier Costales vs Angel Canino

Boxing Daily Report from the Shakalongo Promotions promoted show at Barquisimeto Avalos, Barquisimeto,  taking place on 11/02/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Javier Costales (11(1) - 3) who hails from Barquisimeto, Venezuela and Angel Canino(7 - 6(1) - 3) from Maracaibo, Venezuela.  Costales weighed in at 104 pounds And 11 ounces, while Canino weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lorenzo Ante, and the three ringside judges are Hernan Pecha, Vicente Alviar and Elias Casados.  

Round 1: 

Canino pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Costales lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.  
Costales throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Costales gets on the inside and slams a nasty left hook into Canino's body.  CANINO WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Costales is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Costales is on target with a potent right hook to Canino's ribcage.  CANINO IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Canino now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.
