Chris Allen vs Chris Angelis

Boxing Daily Report from the No Limit 3.0 promoted show at Adelaide Coleman, Adelaide,  taking place on 13/02/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-South Australia Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Allen (26(19) - 11(4) - 2) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Chris Angelis(10 - 3) from Adelaide, Australia.  Allen weighed in at 146 pounds and 9 ounces, while Angelis weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fraser Buchannan, and the three ringside judges are James McColgan, Mark Carnes and Ben Samaras.  

Round 1: 

Allen advances into close range.  Angelis quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Allen lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Allen lands a right hook.  
Allen connects with a right hook.  Allen clinches his opponent.  Allen pushes his forearm into Angelis's face.  The ref breaks Allen's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Allen is looking to close the distance and is on target with a left hook.  
Allen attempts to land a left hook, but Angelis sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Allen lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Allen sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Allen connects with a stinging left hook.  Allen clinches his opponent.  Angelis pushes his forearm into Allen's face.  The ref breaks Allen's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Allen hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Allen pivots to the left of his opponent.  Angelis hits home with a stiff jab.  
Angelis attempts to land a left uppercut, but Allen slips the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Allen throws a right uppercut, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Allen holds on to his opponent.  Allen is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Allen and breaks the clinch.  
Allen is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Angelis is on target with a jab.  
Allen steps inside and hits home with a right hook.  
Allen closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Allen strikes his opponents body with a sharp cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Angelis's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Angelis's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Allen advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Allen lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Allen advances into close range.  Allen quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Allen is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  Allen clinches his opponent.  Allen leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Allen gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Angelis recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Allen advances into close range.  Allen sidesteps to the right of his opponent and SLAMS a big right hook into his opponents face.  ANGELIS HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  HE FAILS TO BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Allen!
