Kei Abe vs Kazuhiko Sonoda

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Yoyogi National Gymnasium, Tokyo,  taking place on 27/02/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kei Abe (11 - 1) who hails from Funabashi, Japan and Kazuhiko Sonoda(29(16) - 4) from Chiba, Japan.  Both Abe and Sonoda weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Eiji Mizuno, and the three ringside judges are Satoru Takayama, Kaede Yamazaki and Hikaru Shibuya.  

Round 1: 

Abe switches the action to the outside.  Sonoda lands a double jab to his opponents head.
