Nicandro Bordon vs Leonel Riquelme

Boxing Daily Report from the Vilakazi Promotions promoted show at La Florida Pomar, La Florida,  taking place on 16/02/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Chile-Santiago Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nicandro Bordon (16 - 12(4) - 1) who hails from Puente Alto, Chile and Leonel Riquelme(5 - 20 - 2) from Puente Alto, Chile.  Both Bordon and Riquelme weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Vidales, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Estopinal, Vicente Lama and Quico Feliciano.  

Round 1: 

Riquelme sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Bordon throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Riquelme's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Bordon lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Bordon switches the action to the outside and connects with a cross.  
Riquelme closes the distance.  Riquelme pivots from in front of his opponent.  Riquelme attempts to land a right hook, but Bordon dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Bordon lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.

Bordon steps away from his opponent and finds the target with a jab.

Bordon lowers his hands, trying to provoke his opponent to attack.  Riquelme attempts to land a cross, but Bordon blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Riquelme's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Riquelme's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
