Wen Chiang vs Yong Cong

Boxing Daily Report from the MBO promoted show at Shanghai Siao, Shanghai,  taking place on 17/02/2038:

Clearly MBO have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Shanghai Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Wen Chiang (12 - 11(1) - 2) who hails from Shanghai, China and Yong Cong(2 - 7) from Shanghai, China.  Chiang weighed in at 154 pounds, while Cong weighed in at 153 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Uang Bai, and the three ringside judges are Sun Song, Qing-Nan Soo and An Long.
