Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Nuevo Leon promoted show at Edmundo Aja Gym, Monterrey,  taking place on 24/02/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Nuevo Leon Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rodrigo Godinez (30(19) - 6(5)) who hails from Ciudad Apodaca, Mexico and Diego Blancas(4 - 35(1) - 2) from San Nicolas de los Garza, Mexico.  Godinez weighed in at 135 pounds, while Blancas weighed in at 134 pounds And 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Cobo, and the three ringside judges are Enzo Larin, Edmundo Cruz and Baltasar Salome.

Godinez sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands with a spiteful jab.  
Godinez steps to the outside and finds the target with a stinging jab.  
Godinez feints a left hook, and then lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Godinez connects with a powerful cross.  BLANCAS IS HURT!  
Godinez feints a left, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  Blancas now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Blancas steps inside.  Godinez drives a left hook into Blancas's body.  
Godinez tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Godinez drives a spiteful jab into his opponents face.  
Blancas steps inside.  Godinez digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents body.

Blancas gets on the inside.  Godinez pivots to the side of his opponent.  Godinez lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Godinez holds on to his opponent.  Godinez is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  Blancas almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Blancas steps inside.  Godinez pivots to the right of his opponent.  Godinez digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Godinez ties up his opponent.  Godinez uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Blancas's kidney. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Godinez.  
Godinez is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Godinez tries to step out of his opponents range.  Godinez sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2, AND DROPS BLANCAS TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Godinez lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Godinez snaps his opponents head back with a spiteful jab.  
Blancas is looking to close the distance.  Godinez lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Godinez lands a left uppercut to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right uppercut to the head.
