Viktor Baizhanbaev vs Waltier Noel

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Tuanbo Football Stadium, Tianjin,  taking place on 16/03/2038:

Clearly Ringside Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Viktor Baizhanbaev (11(10) - 0) who hails from Bokhtar, Tajikistan and Waltier Noel(8(2) - 1) from Douala, Cameroon.  Both Baizhanbaev and Noel weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Qing-Nan How, and the three ringside judges are Ho Lung, Lee Yao and Cong Yum.
