Sam Bringhurst vs Leighton Vega

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Palms Casino, Las Vegas,  taking place on 12/03/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sam Bringhurst (12(12) - 1) who hails from Riverside, USA and Leighton Vega(4 - 1 - 2) from Sacremento, USA.  Both Bringhurst and Vega weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vincent Ovens, and the three ringside judges are Dave Farquharson, Alec Rees and Chris Cadwallader.  

Round 1: 

Bringhurst steps inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.

Bringhurst leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Bringhurst to stop holding.
