Alano Araw vs Richard Caluag

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-NCR promoted show at Imperial Palace Hotel, Quezon City,  taking place on 06/03/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-NCR Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alano Araw (32(16) - 2) who hails from Manila, Philippines and Richard Caluag(6 - 1 - 5) from Caloocan, Philippines.  Araw weighed in at 122 pounds, while Caluag weighed in at 121 pounds And 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Enzo Tibay, and the three ringside judges are Angel Landeros, Gabriel Pagtakhan and Bruce Barretto.  

Round 1: 

Araw gets on the inside and throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot.  Araw ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Araw pushes his forearm into Caluag's face.  The ref breaks Araw's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Araw pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Araw is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  Araw clinches his opponent.  Araw is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Araw to stop fouling.  
Araw lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Araw holds on to his opponent.  Araw is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Araw connects with a firm left uppercut.  
Araw drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Araw dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Araw closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Araw ties up his opponent.  Caluag throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref breaks Araw's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Araw lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Caluag dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Caluag.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
