Dave Pherson vs Joe Troop

Boxing Daily Report from the John Wayne promoted show at James Isbister Gym, Evansville,  taking place on 06/03/2038:

Clearly John Wayne have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Indiana Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dave Pherson (5 - 12 - 1) who hails from Indianapolis, USA and Joe Troop(1 - 9 - 3) from Indianapolis, USA.  Pherson weighed in at 159 pounds And 7 ounces, while Troop weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jacob Blaikie, and the three ringside judges are Isaac Wishart, David Gray and Paul Lockart.  

Round 1: 

Pherson drives a left uppercut into his opponents ribs.  
Pherson is looking to close the distance and tries to land a right hook, but Troop sidesteps and counters with a left hook.
