Alfonso Lanza vs Marjun Platero

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo promoted show at Miguel Civil Gym, Santo Domingo Norte,  taking place on 08/10/2021:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Santo Domingo Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alfonso Lanza (7 - 2) who hails from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic and Marjun Platero(5 - 1) from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic.  Both Lanza and Platero weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Angel Vara, and the three ringside judges are Luis Manzanares, Senon Barcenas and Carlos Ruedas.
