Rashid Hameed vs Alec East

Boxing Daily Report from the ALT Promotions promoted show at Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff,  taking place on 03/04/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rashid Hameed (21(5) - 2(1)) who hails from Bury, UK and The Prodigy Alec East(34(20) - 9(4)) from Derby, UK.  Both Hameed and East weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Terry Lyons, and the three ringside judges are Mark MacNevin, Griffith Batton and Edwyn Brodie.
