Gan Zhe vs Confucius Lim

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at New Shenzhen Arena, Shenzhen,  taking place on 02/04/2038:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the China Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gan Zhe (22(17) - 5(2)) who hails from Fuyang, China and Confucius Lim(12 - 7(1)) from Shanghai, China.  Zhe weighed in at 200 pounds, while Lim weighed in at 199 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Chen Sing, and the three ringside judges are Jun Wu, Wu-pen Wing and Hui-chao Jeung.  

Round 1: 

Zhe advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  Zhe clinches his opponent.  Zhe pushes his forearm into Lim's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Zhe to stop fouling.  
Zhe feints a jab, and then hits home with a sharp cross.  
Zhe closes the distance.  Zhe quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Zhe throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Zhe lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Zhe lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Zhe lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Zhe gets on the inside and is on target with a stinging left hook to Lim's body.  Zhe clinches his opponent.  Zhe leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Zhe lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Lim recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Zhe lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.

Zhe lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Lim quickly recovers. 
Zhe feints a jab, and then lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Zhe advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Lim tries to keep the action at long range.  Lim could be stopped here, if Zhe can find the right shot!  Zhe whips in a nasty left uppercut to Lim's body.  LIM IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  It looks like Lim has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Zhe gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Zhe is looking to close the distance and connects with a stinging right hook.  
Zhe steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Zhe clinches his opponent.  Zhe leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Lim's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Lim's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Lim's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Lim's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Zhe lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Zhe drives a sharp left hook into Lim's body.  
Zhe closes the distance and digs in a stinging left hook to Lim's body.  
Zhe gets on the inside and lands a right hook.  
Zhe advances into close range.  Zhe sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a left uppercut to Lim's liver.  
Zhe lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Lim now seems to have his senses back.  
Zhe forces Lim to retreat into the corner.  Zhe is on target with a stinging right hook to Lim's ribs.
