Boxing Daily Report from the African Boxing Federation promoted show at Cape Town ICC, Cape Town,  taking place on 12/03/2038:

Clearly African Boxing Federation have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.
