Sarwono Bastian vs Kabul Kaligis

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Indonesia-West Java promoted show at Golds Gym, Bekasi,  taking place on 01/04/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Indonesia-West Java Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Indosiar, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sarwono Bastian (18 - 3(1) - 3) who hails from Bekasi, Indonesia and Kabul Kaligis(49(34) - 8(5) - 1) from Bandung, Indonesia.  Bastian weighed in at 140 pounds, while Kaligis weighed in at 139 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jakub Hoving, and the three ringside judges are Ismaya Sudartawa, Basuki Bustami and Irfan Abbasi.  

Round 1: 

Kaligis advances into close range and connects with a firm left uppercut.

Kaligis closes the distance.  Kaligis pivots to the side of his opponent.  Kaligis lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Kaligis clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Kaligis pushes his forearm into Bastian's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Kaligis.  
Kaligis connects with a firm right uppercut.  
Bastian throws a right uppercut, but Kaligis clinches his opponent.  Kaligis is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Kaligis about fouling.  
Kaligis lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Kaligis lands a firm right hook.  
Kaligis steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Kaligis forces Bastian to retreat into a corner.  Kaligis digs in a left uppercut to Bastian's body.  
Kaligis lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Kaligis holds on to his opponent.  Kaligis leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Bastian pushes his forearm into Kaligis's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Kaligis is looking to keep the action on the outside and is on target with a sharp cross.  
Kaligis is looking to close the distance and walks Bastian into a corner.  Kaligis pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head.

Kaligis gets on the inside and lands a left hook.  
Bastian gets on the inside.  Kaligis is on target with a solid left hook.  
Kaligis pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kaligis pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Kaligis sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kaligis lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Kaligis clinches his opponent.  Kaligis is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Kaligis knows Bastian is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Kaligis lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right uppercut, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head, AND BASTIAN IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Kaligis!
