Boxing Daily Report from the Skebenga Corp promoted show at Abrankese Stadium, Kumasi,  taking place on 03/04/2038:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Western African Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viasat 1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jawad Bokhari (11 - 16(2) - 2) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Vail Duchesnay(5(2) - 1(1)) from Bouake, Ivory Coast.  Bokhari weighed in at 104 pounds and 3 ounces, while Duchesnay weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Noah Asante, and the three ringside judges are Louis Nkrumah, Vincent Lamptey and Otieno Adomah.  

Round 1: 

Duchesnay steps inside and connects with a solid left hook.  Duchesnay ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Duchesnay pushes his forearm into Bokhari's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Duchesnay to stop fouling.
