Vasili Belkin vs Zernebog Tchepikov

Boxing Daily Report from the Dotse Promotions promoted show at Perm Flis, Perm,  taking place on 07/04/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Russia-Perm Krai Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Russia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vasili Belkin (18(2) - 0) who hails from Perm, Russia and Zernebog Tchepikov(11 - 1) from Perm, Russia.  Belkin weighed in at 125 pounds and 14 ounces, while Tchepikov weighed in at 126 pounds and 10 ounces.    As Tchepikov came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Isaak Khoroshilov, and the three ringside judges are Pyotr Makeyev, Ivan Obolensky and Anton Zobnin.
