Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Hebei promoted show at Fo-hai Way Gym, Dingzhou,  taking place on 15/09/2021:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the China Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on His TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hui-chao Yoong (5 - 1) who hails from Tangshan, China and Cong Ouyoung(5 - 0) from Tangshan, China.  Yoong weighed in at 130 pounds, while Ouyoung weighed in at 129 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Yuan Ling, and the three ringside judges are Manchu Kwon, Chen Hoo and Ye Wah.
