Pernell Binoche vs Mark Ancrum

Boxing Daily Report from the Basemera Promotions promoted show at Floyd Johnston Gym, Quebec City,  taking place on 17/09/2021:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Pernell Binoche (5 - 0) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Mark Ancrum(5 - 0 - 1) from Richmond, Canada.  Both Binoche and Ancrum weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Briant Sarraute, and the three ringside judges are Jasper Kopa, Prewitt Gedeon and Verrier Luna.  

Round 1: 

Binoche manages to force Ancrum into a corner.  Binoche drives a left hook into his opponents body.
