Dillon Taylor vs Dale Yelton

Boxing Daily Report from the Simasiku Promotions promoted show at Auckland Craig, Auckland,  taking place on 13/04/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dillon Taylor (12 - 14 - 3) who hails from North Shore, New Zealand and Dale Yelton(7 - 5) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Taylor weighed in at 105 pounds and 13 ounces, while Yelton weighed in at 104 pounds and 6 ounces.    As Taylor came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Robert Haturini, and the three ringside judges are Kenzie Anderson, Opi Ngaikiha and Joshua Haile.  

Round 1: 

Yelton gets on the inside.  Yelton sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Taylor throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.

Taylor is looking to keep the action on the outside and tries to land a jab, but Yelton sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Yelton is looking to close the distance and drives a right hook into Taylor's ribs.
