Kieran Cox vs Alec Dunlay

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Colorado promoted show at Colorado Springs Cowden, Colorado Springs,  taking place on 17/04/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Mountain West Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kieran Cox (16 - 13(2) - 4) who hails from Denver, USA and Alec Dunlay(6 - 2 - 1) from Denver, USA.  Cox weighed in at 115 pounds, while Dunlay weighed in at 115 pounds and 14 ounces.    As Dunlay came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Peter Whitten, and the three ringside judges are Mark Woodhouse, Oliver Eynon and Davie Kane.  

Round 1: 

Cox lands a cross.  Cox throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Dunlay time to recover.
