Waqas Wassan vs Chris Hersi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Kampala District promoted show at YMCA Ground, Kampala,  taking place on 18/04/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Uganda-Kampala District Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqas Wassan (18 - 9(1) - 3) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Chris Hersi(20(4) - 12(4) - 3) from Kampala, Uganda.  Wassan weighed in at 140 pounds and 12 ounces, while Hersi weighed in at 140 pounds.    As Wassan came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Dave Toro, and the three ringside judges are Rob Kaana, Amer Abboud and David Iii.
