Boxing Daily Report from the AI Brazil-Pernambuco promoted show at Recife Hipolito, Recife,  taking place on 19/04/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Brazil-Pernambuco Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Esporte Interativo, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Juan Cotto (20(1) - 1) who hails from Recife, Brazil and Rodrigo Velez(3 - 1) from Recife, Brazil.  Cotto weighed in at 174 pounds and 13 ounces, while Velez weighed in at 175 pounds.
