Wang Wui vs Huang-fu Hoo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Henan promoted show at Anyang Yu, Anyang,  taking place on 22/04/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the China-Henan Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on His TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Wang Wui (24 - 2) who hails from Zhengzhou, China and Huang-fu Hoo(14 - 10 - 2) from Luoyang, China.  Both Wui and Hoo weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ye Chan, and the three ringside judges are Uang Pham, Fo-hsing Kuk and Tung Suen.
