Zelipe Vielma vs Lee Slatter

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Halliwell Jones Stadium, Warrington,  taking place on 14/05/2038:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Zelipe Vielma (13(8) - 0) who hails from Panama City, Panama and Lee Slatter(40 - 16(13)) from New Kingston, Jamaica.  Both Vielma and Slatter weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Max Smith, and the three ringside judges are Robert Wathen, Louis Atkins and Leo Hendron.  

Round 1:

Slatter wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Vielma has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
