Xavier Preciado vs Alfonso Canedo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cuba-Havana promoted show at Havana Rayas, Havana,  taking place on 16/10/2021:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Cuba Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Xavier Preciado (5 - 1 - 1) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Alfonso Canedo(5 - 2 - 1) from Havana, Cuba.  Preciado weighed in at 140 pounds, while Canedo weighed in at 139 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ponce Barro, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Llamas, Alvino Navarra and Saturnin Milan.
