Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nairobi promoted show at Nairobi Mannan, Nairobi,  taking place on 30/04/2038:

Clearly AI Kenya-Nairobi have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Birgen (8 - 13 - 3) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Floyd Agot(10 - 7(1) - 4) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Birgen and Agot weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yobachi Rubia, and the three ringside judges are Lisimba Kimeli, Duncan Wakihuri and Nathan Andersson.
