Dave Hovey vs Richard McAlinden

Boxing Daily Report from the Najjemba Promotions promoted show at Greensboro Speed, Greensboro,  taking place on 05/05/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-North Carolina Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dave Hovey (24 - 10(1)) who hails from Charlotte, USA and Richard McAlinden(9 - 8(2) - 3) from Greensboro, USA.  Both Hovey and McAlinden weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John MacNaughton, and the three ringside judges are Oliver Racine, Richard Davies and Stephen Armstrong.
