Boxing Daily Report from the AI Latvia-Riga promoted show at Igor Allikas Gym, Riga,  taking place on 13/05/2038:

Clearly AI Latvia-Riga have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alik Bleijs (12(4) - 1) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Mikhail Apsite(1 - 5(1)) from Riga, Latvia.  Both Bleijs and Apsite weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Afanas Tevinsh, and the three ringside judges are Georgiy Rieksts, Borya Kede and Afanas Gailis.
