Evgeny Dragan vs Toma Van

Boxing Daily Report from the Moro Promotions promoted show at Dniprodzerzhynsk Lisko, Dniprodzerzhynsk,  taking place on 11/05/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ukraine-Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Evgeny Dragan (13(3) - 1 - 1(NC)) who hails from Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine and Toma Van(27(1) - 11(3)) from Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine.  Dragan weighed in at 175 pounds, while Van weighed in at 174 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vasili Dolinski, and the three ringside judges are Gennady Kostyk, Volodymyr Murin and Vanko Turchin.
