Basten Raemhondt vs Didde Tavernier

Boxing Daily Report from the Abdulyan Promotions promoted show at Akrobettoe Gym, Rotterdam,  taking place on 05/11/2021:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Netherlands-South Holland Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Basten Raemhondt (5 - 2 - 2 - 1(NC)) who hails from Rotterdam, Netherlands and Didde Tavernier(3 - 5 - 2) from Rotterdam, Netherlands.  Both Raemhondt and Tavernier weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Wolf Joossens, and the three ringside judges are Geernaert Korsten, Raafke Van de Woestyne and Wilfried Lepiper.  

Round 1: 

Raemhondt gets on the inside.  Raemhondt sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Tavernier digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Raemhondt steps to the outside and is on target with a cross.  
Raemhondt attempts to land a jab, but Tavernier blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Tavernier tries to keep the action at long range.  Raemhondt sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Tavernier is on target with an overhand right.  
Tavernier is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Tavernier gets on the inside.  Tavernier sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Raemhondt lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
