Cole Smith vs Chris Leithead

Boxing Daily Report from the Simasiku Promotions promoted show at Manukau Lyn, Manukau,  taking place on 27/10/2021:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Cole Smith (6 - 1) who hails from Waitakere, New Zealand and Chris Leithead(8 - 1) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Smith weighed in at 167 pounds And 11 ounces, while Leithead weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lloyd Rease, and the three ringside judges are Lloyd Rease, Chris Kellie and Glynn Telford.
