Nori Yamazaki vs Mikio Machida

Boxing Daily Report from the Fighting spirit promoted show at Tokyo Tani, Tokyo,  taking place on 22/05/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Tokyo Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nori Yamazaki (9 - 13 - 4) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Mikio Machida(7 - 4(1) - 2) from Tokyo, Japan.  Both Yamazaki and Machida weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nori Saito, and the three ringside judges are Hisao Hatanaka, Isamu Kuno and Kenji Domen.

Yamazaki steps inside and is on target with a right uppercut.

Yamazaki is looking to close the distance.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Machida.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
