Michael Dauda vs Haaris Masri

Boxing Daily Report from the Busia Promotions promoted show at Usi Afful Gym, Kumasi,  taking place on 23/05/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana-Ashanti Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Michael Dauda (8 - 6 - 1) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Haaris Masri(10 - 12 - 2) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Dauda weighed in at 111 pounds and 11 ounces, while Masri weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Kwakye, and the three ringside judges are Chata Ankrah, Bob Antwi and Faraji Anyidoho.  

Round 1: 

Dauda is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Masri dabs at his face checking for damage.  Masri has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Masri sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Dauda hits home with a left hook.  
Dauda forces Masri to retreat into a neutral corner.  Masri lands a right uppercut.
