Sennett Cocteau vs Grant Baze

Boxing Daily Report from the Phaahla Promotions promoted show at Marcel Huret Gym, Paris,  taking place on 24/05/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the France-Ile-de-France Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sennett Cocteau (20 - 6 - 4) who hails from Paris, France and Grant Baze(9 - 19(2) - 5) from Paris, France.  Cocteau weighed in at 199 pounds and 15 ounces, while Baze weighed in at 199 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lance Belgard, and the three ringside judges are Hackett Canet, Carvell Linder and Sumner Mellett.  

Round 1: 

Baze walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Cocteau lands a left hook.

Baze closes the distance.  Baze pivots to the right of his opponent.  Baze throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Baze holds on to his opponent.  Baze pushes his forearm into Cocteau's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Baze.  
Baze steps inside and forces Cocteau to back into the corner.  Baze drives a right hook into Cocteau's ribcage.
