Gordon Chalmers vs Shahmar Asgarov

Boxing Daily Report from the Nashanian Promotions promoted show at Dammam Awad, Dammam,  taking place on 07/06/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the West Asian Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Saudi TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are The Scot Gordon Chalmers (33(28) - 9(9)) who hails from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Shahmar Asgarov(10(6) - 3(1) - 1) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Chalmers weighed in at 125 pounds and 11 ounces, while Asgarov weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rashid Kassis, and the three ringside judges are Waqas Husain, Abdul Naif and Amer Bagheri.
