Javier Plasencia vs Diego Escalante

Boxing Daily Report from the Bautista López promoted show at Mar del Plata Carillo, Mar del Plata,  taking place on 14/06/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina-Buenos Aires Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Publica, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Javier Plasencia (4 - 1) who hails from Buenos Aires, Argentina and Diego Escalante(5 - 4(1) - 2) from Mar del Plata, Argentina.  Both Plasencia and Escalante weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Pinales, and the three ringside judges are Juan Portalatin, Joaquin Vilchez and Alejandro Hidalgo.
