Robert Hughen vs Daniel McPhail

Boxing Daily Report from the Granite Chin Promotions promoted show at Granite Gym, Philadelphia,  taking place on 09/07/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Robert Hughen (5(3) - 0) who hails from Baltimore, USA and Daniel McPhail(0 - 2 - 2) from Memphis, USA.  Both Hughen and McPhail weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lloyd Orton, and the three ringside judges are Robert Nodine, Mark Alderdice and Rich Orne.  

Round 1: 

Hughen tries to step out of his opponents range.  Hughen feints a cross, and then lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Hughen lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head.

McPhail advances into close range.  McPhail sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Hughen drives a solid left hook into his opponents body.  Hughen ties up his opponent.  Hughen leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Hughen hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. Hughen uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits McPhail behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Hughen to stop fouling.  
Hughen switches the action to the outside and lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Hughen lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
McPhail advances into close range.  Hughen lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Hughen is looking to keep his distance and finds the target with a jab.  
Hughen is on target with a ramrod jab.  
Hughen lands a jab.  
Hughen stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  McPhail tries to land a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
McPhail closes the distance.  Hughen is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Hughen steps away from his opponent.  Hughen feints a cross, but McPhail is not fooled and is on target with a left uppercut.

Hughen drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  McPhail throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a stinging left hook to his opponents ribs.

Hughen pushes his forearm into McPhail's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  McPhail recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

McPhail gets on the inside.  Hughen connects with a left hook.  Hughen clinches his opponent.  Hughen pushes his forearm into McPhail's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

McPhail tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
