Hiro Sugiyama vs Kenji Miura

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Nippon Budokan, Tokyo,  taking place on 24/07/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the East Asian Super Welterweight title.  Also on the line is the Japan Super Welterweight.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hiro Sugiyama (24(15) - 8(2)) who hails from Yokohama, Japan and Kenji Miura(41(29) - 15(11) - 1) from Nagoya, Japan.  Sugiyama weighed in at 153 pounds and 14 ounces, while Miura weighed in at 153 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Isamu Okimoto, and the three ringside judges are Satoshi Fuse, Isamu Shibuya and Hisoka Yamamoto.
