Noe Hicban vs Paul Saupan

Boxing Daily Report from the Kabuta Promotions promoted show at Cuba Laglagaron Gym, Taytay,  taking place on 29/06/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Rizal Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Noe Hicban (3 - 3 - 1) who hails from Antipolo, Philippines and Paul Saupan(7 - 4 - 3) from Antipolo, Philippines.  Hicban weighed in at 134 pounds And 7 ounces, while Saupan weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Stephen Lansigan, and the three ringside judges are Nicholas Tauyan, Franco Gurule and Nicholas Tauyan.
