Bum-young Kwok vs Hyun-soo So

Boxing Daily Report from the Sumito Urayama's KO Kings promoted show at KPW Mixed Martial Arts Gym, Changwon,  taking place on 18/06/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Bum-young Kwok (0 - 0) who hails from Seoul, South Korea and Hyun-soo So(17 - 10) from Busan, South Korea.  Both Kwok and So weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chang-soo Kwon, and the three ringside judges are Chang-soo You, Eun-sun Bang and Keun-ho Chon.  

Round 1: 

Kwok advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  Kwok ties up his opponent.  So leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Kwok steps inside.  Kwok sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kwok throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Kwok clinches his opponent.  Kwok leans on his opponent using all his weight. Kwok is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Kwok's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Kwok stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  So tries to land a right hook, but Kwok slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
So forces Kwok to retreat onto the ropes.  Kwok lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
So attempts to land a cross, but Kwok blocks the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Kwok closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  He continues the combination and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Kwok tries to keep the action at long range and lands a jab, overhand left and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Kwok throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kwok lands a sharp left hook.  
Kwok is on target with a right hook.  
So lands a cross.  
Kwok drives a firm left hook into his opponents ribs.  
So pivots from in front of his opponent.  Kwok lands a right hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Kwok advances into close range and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  Kwok throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kwok lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Kwok clinches his opponent.  Kwok tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits So's kidney. 
Kwok walks So into the blue corner.  Kwok is on target with a stinging right uppercut.  
Kwok lands a firm right uppercut.  
Kwok lands a solid left hook.  
Kwok is on target with a sharp right hook to So's body.  
So pivots to the left of his opponent.  So throws a right hook, but Kwok holds on to his opponent.  Kwok leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Kwok advances into close range and drives a right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Kwok is on target with a stinging right uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...So's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  So's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  So's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Kwok advances into close range.  Kwok pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Kwok cuts off the ring, trapping So on the ropes.  Kwok digs in a firm right hook to So's ribcage.

Kwok pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  So almost instantly gets his legs back.

Kwok lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND SO IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Kwok drives a right uppercut into his opponents body.  So now seems to have his senses back.  
Kwok is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  Kwok holds on to his opponent.  Kwok tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits So's kidney. 
Kwok drives a sharp jab into So's body.  
Kwok advances into close range and is on target with a stinging right hook.  
Kwok switches the action to the outside and lands a ramrod jab.  
Kwok steps inside.  Kwok pivots to the side of his opponent and drives a telling left hook into So's ribs.  SO IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Kwok gets on the inside and drives a right uppercut into So's body.  
At the end of Round 4, lets listen in on the corners...Kwok's trainer is telling his fighter to play it safe for the remainder of the fight. So's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Kwok lands a cross.  
Kwok feints a jab, tricking So into launching a right uppercut counter.  Kwok springs the trap, countering with  a big cross.  SO WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Some sustained pressure from Kwok could be enough to finish So!  Kwok lands a double right hook to his opponents head, AND SO IS DOWN!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Kwok!
