Ivan Volkonsky vs Mikhail Laskin

Boxing Daily Report from the Kapwepwe Promotions promoted show at Toma Sokolski Gym, Novosibirsk,  taking place on 28/06/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Novosibirsk Oblast Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ivan Volkonsky (23 - 18(2)) who hails from Novosibirsk, Russia and Mikhail Laskin(17 - 11(2) - 5) from Novosibirsk, Russia.  Volkonsky weighed in at 175 pounds, while Laskin weighed in at 175 pounds and 12 ounces.    As Laskin came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Andrii Kowaleski, and the three ringside judges are Igor Tretiakov, Isaak Kudinov and Igor Semak.
