Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TEN Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Neron Asuncion (29(17) - 6(5)) who hails from Gingoog, Philippines and Rahul Tandon(29(2) - 1 - 1) from Pune, India.  Asuncion weighed in at 115 pounds, while Tandon weighed in at 114 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kishore Dadwal, and the three ringside judges are Gopal Shokeen, Ashoka Pathak and Zuffur Diab.
