Mark Angus vs George Gemmel

Boxing Daily Report from the Najjemba Promotions promoted show at Durham Penn, Durham,  taking place on 05/07/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-North Carolina Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Angus (19 - 18(1) - 4) who hails from Durham, USA and George Gemmel(17 - 7(1) - 5) from Charlotte, USA.  Both Angus and Gemmel weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Gerrie, and the three ringside judges are Kian Bourne, Danny Egerton and Dave Hendren.  

Round 1: 

Angus is looking to close the distance.  Gemmel connects with a left hook.  
Angus is on target with a left uppercut.
