Quiqui Bonito vs Macario Severo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Puerto Rico-Bayamon promoted show at Montego Valdespino Gym, Bayamon,  taking place on 31/08/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Puerto Rico-Bayamon Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Quiqui Bonito (8 - 10(1) - 3) who hails from Bayamon, Puerto Rico and Macario Severo(5(3) - 1) from Bayamon, Puerto Rico.  Both Bonito and Severo weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Elias Subia, and the three ringside judges are Guido Bonilla, Xeres Trigueros and Gig Coca.  

Round 1: 

Bonito steps inside.  Severo digs in a sharp left hook to his opponents body.  Severo clinches his opponent.  Severo is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Severo.  
Severo gets on the inside and digs in a firm left hook to his opponents body.  Severo ties up his opponent.  Severo leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Severo pivots to the side of his opponent.  Bonito throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Severo holds on to his opponent.  Bonito tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Severo behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Bonito throws a left hook, but Severo clinches his opponent.  Severo tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Bonito's kidney. The referee warns Severo and breaks the clinch.  
Bonito attempts to land a left hook, but Severo sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Severo lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Severo hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Severo switches the action to the outside and lands with a ramrod jab.  
Severo advances into close range.  Severo pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by two left hook's to the body.  
Severo pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Bonito throws a right hook, but Severo holds on to his opponent.  Severo leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Severo is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Severo switches the action to the outside and lands with a solid jab.  
Severo gets on the inside.  Bonito throws a left hook, but Severo ties up his opponent.  Severo leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Severo's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Severo walks Bonito down, trapping him in the corner.  Severo pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Severo lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Severo is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Severo lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a double right hook to his opponents head, DROPPING BONITO TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  It looks like Bonito has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Severo is on target with a solid right uppercut to Bonito's body.  
Severo drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.  Severo holds on to his opponent.  Severo leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Severo switches the action to the outside and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Severo feints a right hook, and then drives a spiteful jab into his opponents face.  
Severo is on target with a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
Severo is on target with a stinging right hook to Bonito's ribcage.  
Severo is on target with a firm left hook to his opponents body.  
Severo pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a solid left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Bonito's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Bonito's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Bonito's trainer is passing on some tactical advice. Severo lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Severo tries to land a left hook, but Bonito blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Severo pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Severo gets on the inside and is on target with a CRUSHING right hook.  BONITO IS HURT!  
Bonito now seems to have his senses back.  
Severo pivots to the side of his opponent and whips in a spiteful left hook to Bonito's body.  BONITO IS HURT!  
The right shot from Severo could be enough to force the stoppage!  Severo lands a left hook followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents body, AND BONITO IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Severo!
