Patrick Norwick vs Kabonesa Nalubwama

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Stanford Stadium, San Francisco,  taking place on 23/10/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Patrick Gunner Norwick (54(46) - 6(5)) who hails from Fresno, USA and Kabonesa Nalubwama(23 - 22(17) - 1) from Lira, Uganda.  Both Norwick and Nalubwama weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jawad Hai, and the three ringside judges are Sam Powell, Waleed Naqvi and Mike Sander.  

Round 1: 

Norwick lands a cross.  
Nalubwama quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Norwick lands a jab to the head, a cross to the head and a cross to the body.  
Norwick switches the action to the outside.  Norwick sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands an overhand left to the head followed by a jab to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Norwick lands with a spiteful jab.  Norwick tries to land a cross, but Nalubwama sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Nalubwama steps inside.  Norwick lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Norwick steps away from his opponent.  Norwick sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a sharp overhand right.  
Nalubwama manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Nalubwama sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Norwick lands a cross to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Norwick tries to keep the action at long range.  Nalubwama attempts to land a jab, but Norwick blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Nalubwama throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Norwick pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He then lands two jab's to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Norwick switches the action to the outside.  Norwick is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Norwick lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross, left uppercut and a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND NALUBWAMA IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  It looks like Nalubwama has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Norwick lands with a hard jab.  
Norwick feints a left hook, and then lands two straights followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Nalubwama almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Nalubwama steps inside.  Norwick is on target with a sharp left uppercut to his opponents body.  Norwick ties up his opponent.  Norwick pushes his forearm into Nalubwama's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Norwick contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Nalubwama tries to land a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Nalubwama's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Nalubwama's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Nalubwama's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Norwick lands a cross, overhand right and a cross to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Nalubwama recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Norwick lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Norwick is on target with a jab.  
Norwick tries to keep the action at long range.  Nalubwama quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Norwick hits home with a stiff jab.  
Norwick lands a jab to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Norwick sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Nalubwama could be stopped here, if Norwick can find the right shot!  Norwick lands a cross followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut, cross and a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND DROPS NALUBWAMA TO THE CANVAS!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Norwick!
