Takeshi Izumi vs Goro Takaki

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Tokyo promoted show at Tokyo Okuda, Tokyo,  taking place on 05/09/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Tokyo Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Takeshi Izumi (9 - 4 - 4) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Goro Takaki(18 - 14(1) - 12 - 1(NC)) from Tokyo, Japan.  Both Izumi and Takaki weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michi Uyehara, and the three ringside judges are Ichiro Tsukamoto, Goro Oyama and Kyo Iwai.

Izumi steps away from his opponent and lands a jab.

Takaki forces Izumi to back into the ropes.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Takaki dabs at his face checking for damage.
