Phung Phuong vs Diep Lam

Boxing Daily Report from the Hanoi Rocks promoted show at Haiphong Phong, Haiphong,  taking place on 09/09/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Vietnam-North Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Phung Phuong (1 - 11 - 1) who hails from Hanoi, Vietnam and Diep Lam(6 - 6) from Hanoi, Vietnam.  Both Phuong and Lam weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Phung Cong, and the three ringside judges are Pho Bao, Khong Anh and Pham Hau.  

Round 1: 

Lam is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Lam holds on to his opponent.  Lam pushes his forearm into Phuong's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Lam.

Lam forces Phuong to back into a corner.  Lam quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Lam lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Lam clinches his opponent.  Lam tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Phuong behind the head. The referee warns Lam and breaks the clinch.  
Phuong quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Lam hits home with an overhand right.  
Lam hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Phuong is desperate to make more of an impact on his opponent.   He pushes his head into Lam's face...that looked intentional!  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  The ref halts the action and sends Lam to the neutral corner.    He tells Phuong to stop fouling or face a points deduction.  
Lam pivots to the right of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Lam steps inside and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Lam walks Phuong into the corner.  Lam is on target with a right hook.
