Niels Fransen vs Stieran Arp

Boxing Daily Report from the Ten Bob Note Promotions promoted show at Copenhagen Corse, Copenhagen,  taking place on 21/09/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Denmark-Region Hovedstaden Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Niels Fransen (20 - 22(1) - 4) who hails from Copenhagen, Denmark and Stieran Arp(11 - 9(3) - 2 - 1(NC)) from Copenhagen, Denmark.  Fransen weighed in at 200 pounds And 13 ounces, while Arp weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Viggo Andreassen, and the three ringside judges are Fortinbras Sonnichsen, Haakon Borges and Steinar Winberg.
