Nemesio Montellano vs Francisco Lumapas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Batangas promoted show at Batangas City Tumaneng, Batangas City,  taking place on 03/10/2038:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Batangas Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nemesio Montellano (23(1) - 3(1)) who hails from Batangas City, Philippines and Francisco Lumapas(15(1) - 1(1)) from Lipa, Philippines.  Montellano weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces, while Lumapas weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Guillermo Langkin, and the three ringside judges are Xavion Chapa, Billy Tablac and Rio Macabuhay.
